Can anyone help me to obtain IT business from USA?

I am running a software house in Pakistan. And willing to expand to internation market.

Can anyone help me to figure out how can I fetch business from UK & USA. As I have no contact in these countries?

Is there anybody who lives in these countries and willing to outsource to Pakistan? Or can you refer me clients?

Any idea about how can I reach small and medium size businesses in USA?

Your help will be appreciated.
