Conservatives! Liberals! How do you feel about the approaching North American Union?

It has apparently already been worked out with Canada and Mexico, making porous borders, making the Constitution obsolete, new laws covering the Union, new currency called the Amero. The US would be to the Union what France is the EU with a central government in Brussels. The people in the financial business are are talking about it on their TV and radio shows……Americans, Canadians and Mexicans would all be citizens of the Union.

JonathonP: there has been no vote….the leaders of those countries are making the arrangements quietly…not secretly, but quietly. I do wonder what will happen when they want it to be voted on….if we do get t vote.

I think it’s a bad idea. America needs to be a sovereign nation. I don’t recall a vote being taken on this issue.
