How can we bring back the glory days of the Polish National Soccer Team?
pogon_02 asked:
Poland used to be a great team in the 70’s and early to mid 80’s we were respected all over the world. I am directing this questions to people who are successfull business man or people who work in sports franchises. Poland has just as many talented young players as the next country the problem is there is no infrastructure and proper coaching due to lack of money at the youth level. Is there a sustainable business model to build the infrastructure quickly to a respectable level. I am just wondering what the best model would be to build up this infrastructure as quickly as possible efficiently and without wasting money away any input would be greatly appreciated.

The problem of the polish soccer, like of the country, is not about money, infrastructer or not enough couching staff. The main and only problem with those guys (except Smolarek) is the way they think, their mental side and attitude. There is no business plan in the world that can deal with polish menatlity other than war. The polish people won’t understand, unite and start working hard for themesleves until they face the ruthless authority. It’s the result of the years of communist system, wars, and living under annexations. All those learned them to slack of in everything and produced the famous saying “somehow it’s going to be”. The nation does not have character at all unless you challange them. And all that translates what you see on the field and how our “great” national football team plays. To be successful in any sports you must eneter the competition with your mind set up that you are the best and you’ll win it, not “you can win it”, you will win it and prove this to each of your opponent. As the Bruce Lee said “no limit is the limit” and that should apply to every scope of life.
