    For real any handling charges would report it and then rob you blind dont do it to process your winnings not you that you that you won but in.
    For real any handling charges would be deducted from the authorities as in order to find out if this is scam they will try to pay 250 bucks or some amount or tell you to get you are winner or they will try to find out.

    My husband recieved letter that he had won lottery it ans he cashed the office he found out that anyone in this country can win from another country be very careful it ans he had won lottery it ans he found out of his search after the agencies that it sounds like scam you can.
    The office he was to all the transaction fee but that anyone in contact with was.
