What should I boost/focus on to get into the best business grad schools globally? (ex:Columbia, NYU, UCLA, MIT?

I am a junior at Corvinus University in Hungary majoring inmanagement, business communications. Am a sophomore at ELTE University majoring in chinese translator/interpreter. I will get two BA degrees around 2010 from Hungary, which would be hard to do in the US. This is my main comp adv.
In 2008, I got a scholarship to USC Marshall where I spent this fall, and will prolly do spring as well. My fall gpa at Marshall was 3.42 (mostly marketing/brand courses), at my hungarian schools its around the same, but hard to transfer the credits. I have TOEFL and speak 3 other langs. Interned as well at Sony in LA.
The EU has a Bologna Accord, so my BA degrees will be applicable to MA all over the EU.
I am also a green card holder in the US, so I want to enroll there in a MBA or grad school. I am focused on marketing/branding/advertising. Would like a career in brand mgmt or creative advertising. I also speak chinese and 3 other languages.

Q: what should I look for in the next 1-2 yrs to get into a world renowned grad business school (mostly US) Usually work experience is required, but I can get an MA degree in 2yrs in the EU after BA. What should I focus on regarding getting into those top schools?
