Which has a higher selling rate in Czech Republic and Turkey? The Euro or Dollars?

Zwerg asked:

I am planning a trip to Czech Republic and Turkey, and both currencies are not available in my region, therefore I have to take either dollars or Euros and sell them over there. Which do you recommend more? (Euro is being sold for .49 and the dollar is being sold for .378 in my region’s currency units)

Don’t take money with you, if you withdraw money from ATM it will be much cheaper and y’ll have less problems.
