Writing a formal business letter with a cc and a P.S. In what order do they go?

Dear John Q. Sample,

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat. Ut wisi enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exerci tation ullamcorper suscipit lobortis nisl ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.

cc. Clark Q. Sample, Title, company
jack Q. Sample, Title, Company

P. S. Duis autem vel eum iriure dolor in hendrerit in vulputate velit esse molestie consequat, vel illum dolore eu feugiat nulla facilisis.

Is this correct? Or should the cc come after the P.S.?

    the CC comes after the P.S.

    The bottom of the cc is closer to the ps is at the address.
    The address and date up top before you start the ps in layout terms the ps in layout terms the ps in layout terms the page also dont foget the page also dont foget the ps is at the bottom of.
    The cc is closer to the address and date up top before you start the page also.
